Return, Refund and Cancellation Policies

The registration fees for Chamber events, classes, and seminars are non-refundable. If you choose not to attend an event, class, or seminar that you registered for, you agree to forfeit the fee. If an event, class, or seminar is cancelled, then the registration fee will be refunded.

The Chamber’s policy is to generally require payment in advance for admission to all Chamber-promoted & sponsored events due to commitments to our vendors for these events.  Cancellations received during regular office hours (9 a.m. – 5:00 p.m. M-F, except holidays) in advance of the publicized cancellation deadline for that event, in person, by phone, or by email will be considered for a refund.

Membership dues are non-refundable. The El Dorado Hills Chamber of Commerce memberships are for a 12 month period, starting on the day the fee is paid. If you decide to no longer be a member within the 12 month period, the membership fee will be forfeited.

The El Dorado Hills Chamber of Commerce does not sell tangible goods through our web site, so we do not have a return policy.
